If you want to create a partial invoice, you firstly need to create a proposal. Once the proposal has been created, you can view it, click on the “More” button, and select “Create invoice”.
The window above will pop up, where you can select “Partial invoice” and define a fixed amount or a percentage. Once you have created the partial invoice, further partial invoices from the same proposal will be created with the same settings.
In the “Offers” overview you’ll see that the invoice has been partially charged.
Creating a final invoice
You can create a final invoice based on the original proposal. Just click on “More” when you view the proposal and select “Create invoice”. Here you’ll be able to choose the “Final invoice” option.
All partial invoices will be listed on the final invoice.
